All Lawn Letters Australia signage are made of a durable plastic blend that are both waterproof and UV resistant. They are Australian made and printed using toxic free latex inks.

Unless otherwise specified, (ie. public venue, park, etc) we arrive the night prior (usually after dark) and set up your special display, so the lucky recipient can wake up to an amazing surprise! Then when nightfall comes again, we come, dismantle and remove your hired sign display. You don't need to do a thing and we are completely contactless! Our signs are rented on a 24 hour basis for prvate properties or for the duration of your event in public venues.

Yes! We are the specialists in customised signage. We have a vast and growing inventory to cover many themes and interests. If we do not stock your chosen request we can place signage into production for you. Please note time constraints do apply and a creative design fee is applicable from $99 based on the size of your chosen package.

Dependant on the size of the package you have chosen, our team take approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to complete our sign installations.

Yes please! Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies to suspend any lawn maintenance for the duration of the lawn greeting. In preparation of our arrival, we kindly ask for pets to be secured inside the home or a fenced area. Pet waste needs to be removed from the yard prior to installation. If possible we ask for you to water your lawn prior to our arrival.

The more notice you give us the better chance you have at securing your chosen date. We prefer two (2) weeks notice, however dates are subject to availability. Rush & same day orders may be accomodated based on available inventory and staffing and are not guaranteed. A rush fee of $25 will apply to any bookings placed within 24 hours of requested event.

Additional days may be added to your reservation at a rate of 50% of the daily rental fee, subject to inventory availability. Please contact our team to see if your booking is eligible for extension.

Damaged or missing items are held liable by the person who made the booking. Any missing or damaged signs will be charged at full replacement value.

If your booking is inconvenienced due to COVID-19, you can choose to have your sign installed with complete contactless delivery or postpone your booking to a future date within 12 months subject to date availability (*conditions apply).

Our team can install your sign display in wet weather and light winds. In the event of prohibitive or inclement weather such as lightning/thunderstorms, hail, high winds, flooding or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down, we will reschedule your booking for an alternative time or place your booking into a credit for future use valid within 12 months (*conditions apply). In the rare possibility of prohibitive conditions such as hard ground, rock, clay; Where there is no alternative solution for the installation of your display at the chosen location, you may choose to postpone your booking to a later date or Lawn Letters Australia reserve’s the right to partially refund 50% of your sign display booking.
